You can view a statement of your recent ECash Direct transactions and even print a statement of ECash Direct transactions from the current month quickly and easily. Login in to the DTDCASINO cashier and click the "Statement" tab.

You will be issued a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which is a six digit code. It will be mailed only to the registered mailing address on your account. The PIN is mailed the next business day and generally takes 3-5 business days to be received in the UK, 5-10 business days in North America, and 8-12 business days internationally. For security reasons your PIN may be required in order to Withdraw funds from your Ecash Direct account.

PINs will not be given out by fax, over the phone or email. PINs are unique per ECash Direct account.
