Registering Credit Card

Login to your DTDCASINO account and click to open the cashier. You can then register your credit card from the "Register/Change Card" tab at the top.

You need to accurately provide the following information:

Then Click "Register/Change My Debit Card" to complete the registration.

The registered Name and Address on the card must match the details held on your ECash account.

Depositing funds by Credit Card

To deposit funds from your debit card you can now click the "Deposit" tab in the cashier. Select "Debit/Credit Card" for the deposit method.

Enter the amount you wish to deposit into your DTDCASINO account. The transaction should be authorised within minutes and the balance can then be monitored by clicking "My Account" tab.

Deposit Limits

Current deposit limits can be found on the Transaction Terms Summary located within the Cashier Credit Card Deposit screen.

If you would like to increase your credit card deposit limit, send a blank email message to credit.request@ecashdirect.net or credit.request@ecashdirect.co.uk (UK). Specific instructions will be forwarded to your e-mail address.

Withdraw funds by Credit Card

To withdraw funds back to your credit card click the "Withdraw" tab at the top of the cashier. Select "Debit/Credit Card" for the withdrawal method.

You can then enter the amount you wish to withdraw. You will need to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) authenticate the transaction (you should receive this through the post).

If you are a VISA credit card holder, you can withdraw more than you have deposited. With other cards, you can only withdraw back to your credit card an equal amount of funds that you have deposited with ECash using your credit card. Any prior history of your credit card on our systems will allow more funds to be sent back to your credit card than the amount you have deposited into your account.

Funds will also go back to any other cards that you have registered to your ECash Direct account. Funds deposited to your ECash Direct account by more than one credit card will be withdrawn to the appropriate credit card in the reverse sequence that the funds were deposited. The above policy does not apply to MasterCard as of December 9, 2002.

If there are no records of non-refunded credit card deposits on our systems, you will be required to use another withdrawal option.

There is a fee per transaction for using the service.

The transaction will be automatically taken from your DTDCASINO account balance but depending on your financial institution, it can take between 1-5 business days for the funds to appear back to your card.

You can view the cashier "Statement" for all completed transactions.
