Is there a charge for making a withdrawal?

When you have used a credit or debit card to deposit funds into your account, the funds you withdraw from your account are credited back to your card free of charge within 1 - 4 days (unless you deposited via a Mastercard, your card has expired, or some restriction on withdrawals has been placed by the country where the card was issued).

How long will it take for my money to reach me?

For all UK debit and credit cards and for international Visa cards, your funds will be paid directly back to your card within the normal banking cycle (usually 2 to 3 working days). The normal banking timescale for bank transfers is 3 to 5 working days.

For E-wallets, your funds should be with you on the same working day.

Can I withdraw via cheque?

When you wish to make a withdrawal, you can request your funds to be sent to you by bank draft or cheque. Please note that it will take longer to receive your winnings by bank draft or cheque than by wire transfer. How does my bonus account work?

What is my security code and how do I get it?

For security reasons, you must enter your personal security code to verify any deposits into your WebDollar account after you have deposited more than USD 500 with that specific deposit method. You must also enter your security code when you wish to make a withdrawal. When you make your first deposit, a security code will be generated and automatically mailed to the address you have registered in "Personal Information." You will receive a mail confirming that the security code has been sent to you after you have made your first deposit.

Why do I have to change my password?

To boost system security, new password and login rules have been enacted for you.

1. Customers cannot change his/her valid password until it has been in use for at least 24 hours.

2. A valid password automatically expires after 90 days, so customers must change his/her password be­fore expiration. A message reminding you to change your password is displayed 15 days prior to expiration.
